Personality:
Adaptable: Thanks to canon events, many of which were well beyond his control, Leontuzzo was forced to uproot his entire way of life, and all the relationships in it. While the transition isn't exactly easy, he steps forward with his head held high, ready to venture forth into an entirely unknown new situation, and do his best to shape the future he wants to see.
Idealistic: Those same canon events that caused an upheaval in his life also caused an upheaval in his country as well. Leon, though unsure of where his hopes will get him, is interested in creating a better system for the people of his country.
Intelligent: Leontuzzo has always been a bright young man. He's quick to pick apart schemes that others are hatching, as well as lay out his own machinations in a constant game of 4D chess that he's forced to play with the other famiglia that pull the strings of the country he lives in.
Reserved/Closed-off: In large part thanks to his upbringing in a mafia family, Leontuzzo tends to be very guarded around people he doesn't know well. False moves and trusting the wrong person can mean a messy death in the world he came from, and even now that he's no longer a member of the mafia he hasn't shaken his more initially taciturn behavior.
Ruthless: "Young man who wants a world where people are not under the rule of crime families" sounds fairly sweet on paper, but he still grew up as part of one of those crime families. He doesn't prefer violent methods if negotiation works instead, but Leon will get his hands dirty and do what needs to be done when he has to.
Uncertain: Although Leontuzzo has made the choice for himself to embark into new and risky territory, he doesn't have the sort of boundless confidence needed to believe for sure he will succeed. He may have enough determination to push forward regardless, but doubt will linger as he stumbles his way through trying to do what he thinks is right.
Suitability: He's a mob baby raised with a cutthroat mentality. While violence may not be Leontuzzo's go-to method, he's certainly well versed in it. He knows how to fire a gun, and he'll pull the trigger if he thinks he has to. Hopeful and idealistic doesn't mean soft-hearted. Add to that the ability to take big risks with very uncertain outcomes, and a willingness to put his own neck out on the line, and he's got the right strength of character for a job like this. He's a determined little thing, and nearly impossible to dissuade when he puts his mind to something.
Does he have to kill someone who is turning into a zombie? He won't enjoy it, but he'll take the shot. Does he have to cut off a limb to save his own life? Give him a belt to bite down on and get to hacking please.
Also I mentioned he can shoot a gun already, but he can shoot guns. He is good with firearms, so that seems pretty useful and relevant.
